The hotel is right in the city center of Maribor, surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants, making it perfect for exploring the historic area. The rooms, though modern, could use some updating as both the carpets and bathrooms showed signs of wear. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, but there were issues with invoicing. The dining options were below average, lacking variety and requiring more staff attention. Despite some drawbacks, the location and service were standout features of this hotel.
The hotel has a college dorm feel to the rooms, and despite a slight wait before being seated for eating, the service was very helpful and friendly. Located in the bustling city center of Maribor, my stay was made enjoyable by the spacious room and comfortable beds. The dining options, while not extensive, were satisfactory. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a pleasant overall experience.
The hotel is ideally located in the center of town, clean and comfortable with useful air conditioning. Had to wait a few minutes before we could seat and eat. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a cozy stay. However, could improve the waiting time for seating and eating.
